WUD Rate Five Stars Unfortunately, their MAIN Competitor JIMMY JOHN'S BREAD IS SOOOOOOO Much better ( OF course... MY Opinion ) Nearly the same offerings AS well as taste. Their Garlic Pickles are Divine BUT, Do eat them by themselves, You will truly enjoy them a whole lot better. Low Stars on the Atmosphere, WELL ... Both JERSEY MIKE'S AND JIMMY JOHN'S Interiors Lack. THEN again..... HOW do you make a Sub Shops Interior Something that is exceptional. WHEN you figure that part out, I'm pretty sure your sales will increase ( AGAIN... JUST my opinion :) )

Absolutely the worst experience we’ve ever had at Jersey Mike’s. We ordered food for our family of five and waited over an hour for delivery only to receive completely wrong subs. Not just a small mix-up ,everything was incorrect. Mistakes can happen, but what really set this apart was the complete lack of accountability or effort to fix it. When I called the store, I spoke with the manager and explained the situation. Instead of apologizing or offering a reasonable solution, she told me I’d have to drive 25 minutes back to the store and reorder everything myself. When I asked for a refund so I could simply place a new order — especially since my son has food allergies and couldn’t eat what we received — she flat-out refused. She was rude, condescending, and dismissive the entire time. W

This location used to be so much better than it's been in my last couple of visits. I don't know what happened with this location, but it needs to be addressed asap. Will not be back, and will happily visit other locations instead, even though I live in Nocatee. It's a shame, this used to be one of the best JM locations, but I've been so disappointed in 3 or 4 of my past visits, that I'm done here.

This Jersey Mikes location stinks. More often than not when you order online, the order is incorrect or missing items. They always forget ingredients on their subs, and multiple times we’ve ordered online and chips and soda were missing in the order. I love Jersey Mikes subs but this location is very frustrating.

First time here. Decided to get what the guy recommended and I got a #43. A little pricey with a drink for a to go sub. But very good overall. Polite staff
