Wendy's

I’m very disappointed. I love Wendy’s and I’m so glad to see it back in our area, but tonight my daughter and I stopped for a quick bite. We were dinning in. Our fries were cold. So I asked for a fresh order which they provided. Our chicken nuggets had obviously been sitting for a while because they were also not hot. I was already irritated waiting for the fries I didn’t feel like also waiting for fresh nuggets. There seemed to be staff that were not working at the time that just came in and took soda and talked to the other staff and then left. I also saw a staff member walk outside with someone that came behind the counter and stood outside and talked to him in his vehicle for 5-10 minutes. The garbage was full, the used trays were stacked up, the tables were dirty not wiped off and ket

Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich with nothing on it received a chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayo, went up to the counter to fix the order. The gentleman who helped me out was extremely nice and had great customer service but I can't say the same for the 2 ladies he was working with they were quit rude and not friendly whats so ever. Very disappointed in the costumer service there today. To add to the disappoint we received a new chicken sandwich and they still didnt get the order right. Seriously incompetent, I felt bad for the young man who had to work with those rude ladies.

I like Wendy's food but the customer service is not the best. Everytime I go they forgot something. This last time we ordered meals and we looked to make sure we had everything. We were missing fries. Husband went in and said we didn't get our fries. The manager argued with him about we did not. The lady putting in our order asked if it was meals and we said yes and she didn't ring it in as meals. Like the good hate the workers.

Came here on 9/12/25 for Breakfast through the drive-thru. A middle-aged black guy took my order. The service was amazing. The guy was well mannered and professional. Definitely will be coming back here again for breakfast. Got better service here than I have at Burger King in forever. Thanks for having a great group of people here.

Got 2 double baconators and all 4 patties were raw, staff looked so disinterested in being there we left not trusting a good product to come out of the kitchen after they said in would be remade.
