Today at 7am, Feb. 6th I pull up into the drivethru and it started pleasant. Good morning, how can I help you this morning. "I'll take a number 8 please." Big, long annoying sigh through the microphone, then says, grumpily, what size?!. I left. I don't need that kinda energy first thing in the morning. Worst service in Payson. Everywhere else in Payson the people are so pleasant. I went to Burger King instead and they were awesome.

Food was decent except the burger we ordered was supposed to be plain and it looked like there was EXTRA ketchup on it. Now I get people get busy but it wasnt rush hour, was not busy at all and the receipt on the burger said plain. Anyways, not that upsetting but they do charge for sauce if you want some extra, other than one.

If I could give them more stars for their service, I would. The lady that's always at the drive thru on Friday mornings is the best. Greatest attitude and the reason I stop by before heading back to Phoenix.

Stopped in while traveling through. There is no parking for large rigs or vehicles towing trailers. We parked across the street at a closed business. Service was good. The spicy chicken sandwich and chili tasted as they should and temperature hot. The skin on our baked potato was extremely tough and seemed to be overcooked or kept under the warmer too long. The bathroom I used was a mess. Unfortunately, I couldn't let the crew know because when I finished, my husband had his order, and a line had formed.

My last visit left much to be desired. We did a take out order and it was a good thing I opened and check my sandwich prior to leaving. They had forgotten the bacon on the sandwich add my husband had gone back in with the sandwich and the receipt to make sure it was done correctly. The two tiny little pieces of bacon were pathetic. We ordered two medium fries and both were partially filled. We have seen this before when doing to go orders vs eating in the restaurant. While in the past management fixes the issue, it gets old when it happens often. Food cost too much to ignore these issues or want to continue to eat at these places.
