Wendy's

Four to six months ago, the food and service was on point. The most perfect Spicy Chicken Sandwiches by far. Now, the food feels like an after thought (wrong orders, smaller chicken, haphazardly placed wet, shredded lettuce, lifeless buns) and the staffing is questionable at best. New Ownership? New Management? Higher Prices? Get it together.

Ordered dbl chz burger w tomato/onion, single chzburger w ket/mayo and a bacon chz potato. Got burgers. Potato, after 15 min - i sent daughter to check. potato not done. she took burgers back in -they were now cold. I tore one wrapper on purpose - they took burgers to the back, came back out a few min later - told daughter they were remade - and finally potato done. 25 min. Came out to car - wrapper with tear in the bag. SAME ONE. Got home - double burger was a not a double. Come on - do better. Don't serve food till ALL food is ready. I know it's fast food but it's HORRIBLE. They were rude to my daughter like it was her fault for asking about whereabouts of potato. Nope - no more. Oh - and all that waiting - the potato was cold. There was no one else there. We ordered 4 meals, paid and had to pull up to wait on fresh fries. My burger had so much mayo it was disgusting. Burger was cold, I live 5 minutes away. Fries were not fresh and the grease is old, you can taste it on the fries. My wife nuggets were probably 6 hours old, hard and dried out. Just pathetic for not even being busy. This is the 2nd time I have went late and the food was garbage. I will not ever go back here, 2 chances is enough. Employees were friendly though, to bad they are also the ones the made the trash food. And apparently 3 BBQ sauces and a ranch sauce equates to 4 ranch sauces and 1 BBQ. Just SAD.

The guy taking our order and handing it to us was very friendly. But the people making the food weren't very good at it. Took a very long time to get our food. My child ordered a kids HAMBURGER and I made sure to clarify that she only wanted pickles on it but when we got it there was cheese on it. And the Jr bacon cheeseburger I ordered didn't have bacon on it. We went through the drive through and I noticed the mess up on my kids food before we left and the replaced it no problem but I didn't notice mine until after we had left

Waited over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that we we were in line. Then told us they’d be right with us. Continued waiting while all the staff was busy waiting on the drive thru. The gentleman in line before us decided to leave without ordering but we waited another 5 minutes before leaving ourselves. Very frustrating visit and may not return!
