I’ve been to Ble four times since they opened… and four times I’ve ordered the burger. ~Because I dream about that burger~ The brioche bun is pure perfection—soft, buttery, lightly toasted. The moment you take a bite, the rich Black Angus patty melts into the creamy brie, while the peppery arugula cuts through with just the right fresh bite. It’s balanced, indulgent, and completely next level. This last time, I skipped the fries, even though they come with it. Priorities. On a previous visit, my husband had the beef bourguignon—to die for—especially paired with the creamy, heavenly mashed potatoes. Another time, a colleague got the croque monsieur, and I swear, that sandwich is a life-changer I didn’t know I needed...and one lunch with my boss, she ordered the ribeye—no joke, that bite

The entire staff is highly professional and excels at taking care of even the smallest details to provide you with a memorable experience. The food is exquisite! My wife and I had an exceptional experience at Ble French Bistro. From the moment we walked in, we were struck by the warm, inviting atmosphere and the beautifully curated décor. The artwork, lighting, and overall aesthetic create a truly charming French ambiance that elevates the entire dining experience. I ordered the French Burger, and it was phenomenal—rich, flavorful, and clearly crafted with quality ingredients and French culinary technique. Ble French Bistro is a new spot in Noblesville, and it already delivers an excellent dining experience. The crevettes grillées are outstanding — a flavorful pasta dish with the perfect balance of texture and seasoning. The salmon royale also stands out for its freshness and perfectly cooked finish. The hamburger is surprisingly impressive: juicy, well-balanced, and full of flavor. Their cocktail program is another strong point, offering well-crafted drinks with great character. Special mention goes to the manager, who is always friendly, professional, and attentive to every detail to ensure everything goes smoothly. A new place that is truly worth visiting.
