Wendy's

My main issue is I put in a mobile order and then proceeded to sit at the order booth for 27 minutes before they finally took my name for the order. I then was told to pull up to the door to then wait another 21 minutes for my food. At this point for the cost of two large meals and the wait time I miss as well just go to a full restaurant, pay the same, wait the same amount of time, and get better food that doesn’t have cold fries. At least the burger was warm. Not going here again

You go through drive thru and if there’s a car in front of you, you don’t get acknowledged til they are done and passed the food out to the car in front. Then you hear order when u ready. You make it to the window and all you see is workers on their phones leaning on the counter manger holding a hole convo n joking with other employee. I even asked and spoke to her about it addressed my concerns due to I come on my break,if you go in the store you don’t get acknowledged til they done with drive thru car at a time. I laugh cause I approached them about it, and no care smh. The fact that people forget how real the struggle is or what it took them to even get the job. Customer service goes a long way. My chicken nugget & chicken stripes was over cooked and very hard. Not edible. Very surprised because my last everything was delicious. I'm very disappointed. The frosty machine was out. Not pleased

One of the worst restaurants I’ve ever ate at the managers are rude drive-through employees are rude. They try to beat their own timer for drive-through cause that’s how slow they are stay away.
