Wendy's

Waited in drive through line for 19 min. Then got told to pull up where I waited for 7 more mins. Brought order out, i even told the girl what I was waiting on. She assured me it was in the sack. I opened the sack and was still missing 2 items!!! So after waiting a total of 26 min. I STILL HAD TO GO INSIDE!! Not to mention the 2 frosty she gave me was hot and melted because they were made 20 min previously. I seen them on the counter when she took my money. I only ordered 2 chillies, 1 cheeseburger, 1 potatoe 2- 4pc nuggets and 2 frostys. This wasn't a huge order plus I counted at least 5 people behind the counter so they can't say they were short staffed. This was a Monday night around 7pm. Not a great start at Wendy's in 2026. Nuggets were terrible. Young lady working there blamed it on 'the grease'...? The UTM Discount has been cancelled. No more brewed tea. And they may have stopped offering muffins for breakfast. GOODBYE, Wendy!

I wouldn't even give it 1 star, 10 minute wait, my wife's burger was bland, I ordered a baconator double and not a strip of bacon on it. This place has gone down hill and it doesn't help they keep hiring these kids that don't give a damn about their job they just they to do the bare minimum and collect a check.

Just not what I had planned for lunch. The chicken nuggets and fries were decent but the Jr. Bacon was terrible. The cheese could have at least been melted. Staff were great though and the lobby is an extremely nice setting for fast food. The fireplace is a serious highlight.

I ordered a ceaser salad and not only did I have to wait on a salad when i had ordered cooked food that was ready, but I also was only given a salad with chicken with my order. No ceaser dressing, no corutons/parmesan bites nothing. Just some lettuce and chicken shoved into a bowl.
