Wendy's

Pretty sure this Wendy’s gave me food poisoning. Burger tasted off from the first bite. I only ate about half because something clearly wasn’t right. A few hours later I was hit with nonstop vomiting and diarrhea that lasted the next 24 hours. I do not get sick easily and nothing else I ate that day could have caused it. This was not a coincidence. Food safety is the bare minimum for a restaurant and this location failed hard. I will not be returning, and I would seriously think twice before eating here.

I’ve finally have come to terms that this Ludlow location has a very unprofessional manager and the wait is ridiculous. Spoke to the manager Leah and knew automatically there had to be an issue with drugs or something because she seemed way off. Was on her phone FaceTiming while handling us customers. Talking to the employees like they were beneath her. I tried to explain several times about not having the correct order and felt like I was being brushed off by her. Finally, a young lady came and apologized and provided the correct order. I don’t know how there can be someone like that managing this location. I just know they can do better!

Seriously, the most polite employees I’ve experienced in “fast food” always polite and thankful. Food is always fresh. The go-to meal the JBC Meal Deal. Hits right every time! Keep it up Ludlow Wendy’s!

Usually, me and my family come here for quick meals when we’re going somewhere and can’t make food at home, but my older brother who works at the nearby Big Y has been coming home sick after eating here. He took my aunt last week, then she got very sick. There’s probably something wrong with the food, but be careful. (10-26-25)

This has to be the worst Wendy’s I’ve encountered it doesn’t matter what shift or what time I go in this Wendy’s I always get really crummy service whether it’s it’s usually through the drive-through they have messed up my order multiple times. Their frosty machine was broken for months over the summer and one time. I forgot my debit card and I said I’ll be back in like two minutes so I live right down the street and I came back right when I said I was gonna come back and the employee took the burger. He threw it in the trash still in the bag, took the burger out of the trash and gave it to me and didn’t know that I saw him. I’m not sure if he works there anymore, but I was furious. They aren’t overly friendly actually they’re not really friendly at all. Customer service. Here is awful sta
