Sooooo tasty and the folks who work there are incredibly kind!! I always get their #1 and it's delicious. I can't get enough of that garlic sauce! There's something for everyone here, the place is nice and clean, and you can't go wrong with any of their sweet treats either! Whenever I take a friend here they keep talking about how refreshing their smoothie was for days after! <3 Keep up the great work, we love ya Cha's!!

Absolutely love this place! Hands down the best ice cream and smoothies I’ve ever had. The flavors are super fresh, rich, and creative—nothing tastes artificial. Their smoothies are on another level: perfectly blended, not too sweet, and always made fresh to order. What really sets this spot apart though is the service. The staff is always friendly, patient, and really seem to care about making sure you get exactly what you want. Clean shop, good vibe, and never a long wait. If you’re in the area, don’t miss it. Easily a 5-star experience every time!

Their S'mores ice cream is the best! Tons of flavors - both hard and soft serve. Great service. Dog friendly with plenty of outdoor seating. Highly recommend!

I understand how difficult it can be to get complicated orders correct. I understand bc I worked and managed quick service restaurants for more than a decade. But ordering a simple item, and what I get is completely wrong? It makes no sense that the prices are what they are, when we literally NEVER get our orders correct. Every single time, we order 2 or 3 frozen yogurts, and we get ice cream (not frozen yogurt). We ask for medium, we get small. We ask for whip cream, we get none. If the person taking orders is new (and they almost always are), then train them to ask the customer to slow down, or repeat! Training your employees takes time and the patience of a saint, but it’s so worth it if they are efficient and ACCURATE! The amount of money my family has spent on treats that are

Loved this place!!! The steak and cheese is to die for😍 Customer service is great. The workers are very friendly and helpful! The ice cream is so thick and tastes so good. I got the small vanilla and chocolate twist on a sugar cone and thinking about it now I should have got a large lol!
