Wendy's

Disappointed in the food here. I will say the nuggets were fine I ordered a chicken sandwich that came spicy after repeatedly saying not spicy and at that it was subpar even for spicy. Especially seen hamburger meat started falling out of the sandwich and I ordered no hamburger at all. Chicken nuggets and chicken sandwich. The fries were terrible. The ice coffee was undrinkable it was so bad. Like 3 day old coffee and expired cream was used. And partly my fault partly theirs they only have me 2 of the 3 drinks ordered. Looks like a previously used bun for a hamburger was used for my chicken sandwich 😅

We ordered our food, was told (rudely) to pull up and wait. We proceeded to wait at the carry out door for 15 minutes with no service. Then decided to go in and the lady at the register didn’t seem to want to help us. And when we told the employee that we have been waiting (at this point for 20 minutes) that we have not received our order the worker proceeded to roll her eyes and had to find our order. Do better people. Do your job. It’s not that hard

Normally I give places the benefit of the doubt because I work in the food industry myself. I will not be returning ro this Wendy's though. I ordered my burger with no cheese due to the fact that I am lactose intolerant. Now, here is the reason I ALWAYS check my food before heading home. Lo and behold it had cheese on it. Totally fine, mistakes happen. Sent my husband inside to get it it fixed. No problems. Then I open my burger and there's little to no toppings on it. Keep in mind it's the big bacon classic, so it has everything on it pretty much. Disappointed and will not be returning.

This place has gone down hill extremely bad since management changed a few years ago. There rating will continue to drop. Long wait for food poorly kept dinning area dirty soda machines for starters. Still waiting for the food as I write this review. Fries are not cooked.

Wendy’s is one of the best stops to make on a road trip. I love the quality of the food and knowing where the Beef is! I am sorely disappointed in the atmosphere of the entire place. I will include pictures of the men’s room with a non functioning lock on the toilet, lack of toilet paper and a toilet that does not flush appropriately. I am also upset with the working environment of the staff and how it delays production of food in a timely manner due to bottle necks at the most important areas of production. The dining room area is WAY larger than needed and it needs to be utilized for better working conditions for the staff.
