Wendy's

The staff was really friendly. The atmosphere was really nice as well. It reminded me of one of the older Wendy's, which was nice. It wasn't loud at all. The food was fresh and hot. They did give my friend the wrong sandwich but corrected it immediately.

Honestly, really disappointed with my last visit to Wendy’s. The food came out cold, or at best, lukewarm. Fries were soggy, the burger barely had any heat to it, and it just felt like everything had been sitting out too long. I was also excited to try one of the new Frosty flavors, but it was nothing like what was advertised. Texture was off, flavor was weak, and it just didn’t hit the way the original does. Wendy’s, please stop messing with what already works. The classic Frosty is a fan favorite for a reason. Stick to it. Not the quality I expect from a place I usually enjoy. Hope this was just a bad day, but it really left a sour taste.

I get the Maple bacon Chicken Sandwich and it was so good. They had finally put some Maple on it. The other Wendy's had not been, but they've been doing a lot better. But we don't like is the restaurant. There haven't been opening like they're supposed to for the inside. And yesterday when we went a women that worked there came out and smoked right outside in front of the door I couldn't have went in if I wanted to i am allergic to that garbage I am tired of seeing this at places

Went to grab a frosty the new pop tart frosty which at other location is delicious cold and a nice treat on a hot day. They handed me a cup with liquid barely cold. Definitely not frozen flushing around when I asked what was wrong with it. They said they can’t control how it comes out Which seemed not only incorrect, but very odd to say to a customer. I’m definitely not eating it. well drinking it would be the proper term because who knows how long it’s been in this liquid form. It honestly looks like it was dug out of a trashcan, very disappointed and not only the product, but also in the service which is very rare for me to encounter in a restaurant chain that is usually producing a higher quality product than most

I’m traveling 🧳, needed a restroom pit stop, and enjoy Wendy’s so I placed a mobile order for “dine in”. The restroom had almost an inch of feces water on the floor and both toilets 🚽 not usable with waste and tissue everywhere! Horrible! Absolutely not usable. I Notified a staff member. Next they say I have to wait in line with 18 people in front of me to “check in” instead of allowing me to check in at the counter side that says “mobile orders”. 🤦‍♂️ Doesn’t make sense to wait 20 minutes in line to check in for an order I prepaid for via mobile 15 minutes before walking into the store. That was over 35 minutes for an order. After eating my food I went back to restroom bc I still needed to use it and wash up, it was still filthy! No clean up! I counted over 7 staff members working yet
