Wendy's

We were traveling from Louisville back to Northern Kentucky and stopped in at Wendy's through the drive-thru. I believe it was about 20 minutes until they closed. When we pulled up to the speaker we were told that they would take our order, but that didn't mean that we would actually get our order by the time we got there. I guess it was close to closing time? Very confused as to why they would take our order and then not actually serve us when we got to the window. Seen quite a few other cars taking off before and after us. We not even bothered and left. Definitely won't be stopping back by. Not a good atmosphere at all. The person was very rude

Food was fresh and hot. Service was quick and staff very friendly. Bathroom was very clean. Only blow dryers, would prefer paper towels but can't have everything I guess 🤷 😅

Wanted to give a shout out to Caden in the drivethru. While waiting for food, he kept me updated on the progress and was the most pleasant young man. Good job, dude!

The food was ok. The inside especially the bathroom needs a good deep cleaning. They also need a new sign outside, the old one is gone/blown out.

Reminds of the professionalism and quality you would see in the 1990s. Good job. Very well run store.
