Wendy's

The service was great. the food was great. but i don’t think u should charge people large combos without asking. i paid $27 for 2 combos because both were rung in as Large without my approval. which was unnecessary but i didn’t wanna complain at the window. I feel almost $30 for 2 combos is quite ridiculous.

So, I am local and after a few unpleasant experiences at this location in the past, I stopped going. I decided to give them a shot after they re-opened (drive thru only) to see if they've made any improvements since closing. I was the only person in the drive-thru and ordered only a Jr. bacon cheese burger. When I pulled up to the window, the lady at the drive-thru told me the total and I handed her my card. She practically threw my order at me, and then I said "Thank you," and she slammed the window in my face without a word. I was pretty polite and didn't ask for any modifications or anything, just placed my simple order and waited patiently. My burger was cold. Wendys is in a down hill trajectory. Service was marginal. Food was barely ok. Fries not cooked all the way. Sandwiches not made as ordered. We will rethink going to Wendy's in the future.

Staff was very friendly. Fast service. Food was served hot.

No Excuse! Are people really getting paid to work here?!!!! Employees standing around eating and ignoring customers. Ordered a Double burger w/bacon and a double cheese with bacon. No bacon and OMG! The end of the tomato and black lettuce on one and a tiny piece of tomato & onion along with black lettuce on the other. A half order of COLD chewy fries! NO INTEGRITY whatsoever. Bye Wendy's
