Chick-fil-A

The food was amazing! Chicken strips were the bomb. Chick filet sauce took it to new heights. Service was excellent! Kristin was spot on and very friendly! Made us feel just like family!

I’m a DoorDasher and frequently come here to pick up orders. Usually, when I’m here, I have no issue, whether I’m picking up an order or eating there myself. However, I just went to pick up an order, and the customer specifically asked me to make sure all of her sauce was in there, because she has had past experiences where it was not. Dashers are not allowed to tamper with sealed bags, even if the customer asks them to, So I asked one of the Chick-fil-A employees to check for me. He said no. I asked again, and he still refused. He wasn’t even the one that made the order so he wasn’t even able to tell me that they were 100% in there, just that “We always put the sauce in the bag.” They weren’t even busy at this time. There were a few cars in the drive-through, but no one at the counter. It

Typical Chick-fil-A. Fast service. Friendly staff. Clean dinning area.

I mean....do I need to explain? Polite customer service does not glaze lack of following the customer's order. This goes for any organization.
