Wendy's

The food has fallen off! We stopped here for great quality fast food, since this is what we’ve always associated with Wendy’s. But no sir ee Bob. The buns that enclosed my crispy chicken sandwich was soggy, the chicken was nicely seasoned, but it looked and tasted like heavily coated dried out cardboard. The fries had too much salt and I was feeling so sick, I gnawed at the fries, but tossed the chicken. The cookie was so sweet, my system was in shock. The service was so-so. Nothing special. I’m done with Wendy’s.

unfortunately this Wendy's location is just badly run. Everytime I come I have to triple check my order because things usually aren't correct. The person at the front usually works in slow motion and refuses to yell out orders so you just stand there forever not knowing your order is ready.I try to talk to them and have an interaction but they are always not willing in any way to speak and let me know which is my order etc. I never use the drive thru because it's always extremely slow or I get the wrong food. I understand food service can be tough but it's very frustrating having to deal with this level of service. I think they just need a bit more training and an attentive manager.

I had an extremely frustrating experience at the Wendy’s in Keyport and won’t be going back. Ordering was a challenge from the start. The staff I interacted with were unable to understand English well enough to take a basic order. I asked for a Frosty-ccino, and they insisted they didn’t serve cappuccino and didn’t have iced coffee, which showed they didn’t know their own menu. It took far longer than it should have just to try to explain a standard item. The condition of the restaurant made things even worse. The dining area was filthy, tables were sticky, trash bins were overflowing, and the entire place looked worn down and neglected. I love love 😘 love Wendy's so much. That I eat there each and every single day. Breakfast 2 for$3. How can you beat that? You can't!!! That pineapple mango lemonade. Is that mind-blowing or what?? How can anyone not love Wendy's Affordable prices. Thanks Dave

I go to Wendy’s a decent amount as I think they have some of the best fast food. I been to this Wendy’s a good amount. Everytime I have been to this Wendy’s they always seem to mess up my order or completely forget items. Horrible service.
