Wendy's

Drive thru was fairly backed up. My meal came out fine. My grandson asked for no tomato. They gave it to him anyway. My fries fresh and hot. His fries lukewarm. My burger fine. His bun was burnt. And the wait was horrible.

This location never ceases to amaze me. I figured I could at least say something nice about a location were the customer service is 100%. The dining room is ALWAYS clean. And service is above average EASILY. And IF there's a mistake, it's quickly rectified.

I ordered a plain crispy chicken sandwich. The associate confirmed my order, stating "just chicken." I affirmed that was correct. However, I still received a crispy chicken sandwich with mayonnaise and lettuce. Additionally, I find it noteworthy that the provided telephone number is not in service.

Drive thru service has been good/friendly recently. Food is satisfactory. They always look closed when it gets dark outside (turn on the sign).

Was here September 14, 2025 at 4 P.m. exactly per my register receipt order a double cheeseburger with everything on it order of fries and a medium chocolate frosty. It took me 22 minutes for them to complete the order. The girl at the counter was working very hard and was totally overwhelmed with the workload this is supposed to be fast food not 22 minutes. The only thing was good was the frosty I guess because it was so hot outside. I enjoyed it. The burgers were not that great and the fries were just bland. Sorry I came here. It’s not the Wendy’s that I’m used to going to. I guess their food quality has changed.
