Had a great experience here! The triple burger was nice and exactly what I was craving. The fries were good and the Coke was perfect. Happy to support local! Se Habla Español!

I can't agree more. Poor Quality and service. My order did not include what was on my recipe. No onions and missing sauce. The slap to the face is the location was very slow and I called back 3 times but they always wanted me to leave a message saying they were busy. No actual phone answer. Not acceptable and ill be calling corperate only because the principle of messing up my order with no wait and than no answer when trying to call.for 30 min is total avoidance. I could not be more annoyed because what I asked for and on the receipt was clear. To make make matters worse i now find that BBB has been told by Wendy's that they will not respond to complaints even though nobody can get ahold of customer support or customer store complaint lines. This location is running Wendy’s in the ground! The food is never hot and fresh, every time I go there they’re always messing up my order or leaving things out! Why put 6 different orders all in one bag! I spend like $50-&70 dollars every time I go there and they can’t even serve me fresh food! The employees have no respect for their paying customers! The food was horrible and I couldn’t eat it! I’m done!

It's my favorite burger joint. I generally prefer their burgers over McD for their freshness and flavor. I wish it gets better traffic. Other improvements I like to see is having our orders display at the counter like McD. Their mobile app should be stream lined like McD too.

The worst location I have EVER been to and that's the honest truth. Every time I go to the Hopkins location I either get over charged for food or they don't take my order right because the younger girl doesn't speak any English! I'll never go to this location ever again! The last time I went they charged me $20 for a $6 biggie bag and a small regular vanilla frosty! Then not to mention the fries were missing and NO napkins! I just gave up and will never return! Don't go here if you want to be overcharged and your food all messed up!!
