Wendy's

I come through here every once in awhile for my lunch break. There’s a lady that doesn’t work drive thru often I have only been ever been waited on her like a handful of times. She’s on the shorter side and she has an hand tattoo of a mouth and dark hair. She doesn’t wear a name tag I wish she would so I could call and let them know that she is absolutely wonderful. Always nice and polite talks to me and thanks me even while taking others orders.

Boy this food was bangin'. If I could I'd rate this 6 or 7! The fries were perfectly crispy. The burgers were juicy. And the chicken had the perfect dressing of ranch. And fresh bread? At night? You made all our nights!

Most of their customers are people traveling (like myself) on the 77. So you need to be fast. Amazingly incompetent staff - took 50 minutes (I shouldn't have stayed, but a morbid curiosity took over) to get food during the lunch "rush." Parking lot wasn't full and the drive through wasn't adding cars at more than 1 per 5 minutes. Literally never seen something like it before where the cashier is taking an order every 4 minutes and the *one person* on the grill just looking lost at the screen. Food tasted like Wendy's. Urinal was out of order and bathroom wasn't clean. Anyway here's a picture of 5 dead flies on a single window.

Traveling back home and we stopped here. When I went to the restroom, there was a man coming out. I could tell that he had used the toilet because he did not flush. Neither did I hear the dryer working which means he did not wash his hands. But the big surprise was when I got in line to order, I saw this man was one of the cooks. I definitely think you need to come down hard on management here about sanitation. This is very disgusting.

This is one of the nicest Wendy’s properties that I have been to. Modern decor & arrangement, which was very clean when we arrived. The staff was very friendly and they delivered a high level of quality in our food. This is a great place to stop while running up and down I-77.
