Wendy's

My boyfriend and I come to this Wendy’s all the time, and upon our first time actually going inside the establishment we were greeted with attitude and poor customer service. We won coupons from a NY Giants game for free cheeseburgers, and we wanted to use them. To begin, the manager, Alix, told us they were not able to be used due to “it needing to be signed.” The woman taking our order continuously walked away, leaving us unattended. We asked the manager if he could help with our order since she kept walking away, and he told us, “No, she’s helping you.” Eventually, the manager, Alix, allowed us to use the coupon because we explained our situation — but he was unnecessarily rude. Once we applied two more coupons, Alix came back over saying, “only one per customer.” It made no sense, the

Horrible customer service. Did not get my order correct and when asked to fix it refused me service. Female worker looked like a manager. Would not recommend this wendy’s location for others

Staff friendly. Manager should have warned me about additional charge for a substitution. Table had crumbs. Jr Frosty which is 6ozs people....cost $2.44 instead of the $1 to $2 elsewhere.

I am an Uber driver and I really don’t like this restaurant. Whenever I go to pick up an order, they always make me wait and it’s never ready — even when there is only one item in the order.

The food was really yummy but one table I went to sit at had an ant colony underneath it and the bathroom (walls and floor) were oddly sticky. We opted to instead eat in our car.
