Wish I had more time to discect their Pizza. Was in town for National Hot Dog Day and snuck in a slice in between. Wish I went with the Garlic Knot slice now, but the regular slice was speaking to me. It was a very good slice that had good harmony. I like more sauce, but it did the trick. Was one of the better fill you belly slices I have had. The workers were friendly and place was clean. Cool art work on the walls. I will definitely be goinv back soon. Nice surprise pizzeria.

Worth the Viral Hype in Hillsdale! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hold My Knots in downtown Hillsdale is a social media sensation that actually delivers on the flavor. If you’re a fan of garlic knots, this place is essentially paradise, offering creative twists on Italian-American favorites. Signature Sliders: The vodka sauce chicken cutlet sliders are a must-order—absolutely to die for. Using garlic knots as the "bun" for sliders is a genius move that packs tons of flavor into every bite. The Sides: Their double battered fries are crispy and satisfying, and the pizza is equally awesome. For those wanting something unique, their garlic knot crust pizza is a literal showstopper. The Experience: Despite the viral fame, the staff remains super friendly and welcoming. You get generous portions and great value for

Had seen this place mentioned on multiple food sites so decided I had to check it out. I visited on a Sunday afternoon. Place was empty. Had the whole dining room to ourselves. The staff is super friendly and the space is clean and modern looking. We ordered three garlic knot sliders, a chicken parm, an eggplant parm, and a meatball. As you can see from the photos they were all of varying sizes. I don’t think the garlic knots are individually baked, probably just a sheet pan of them and then cut into square shapes so that is most likely why 2 of the sliders didn’t look like a full garlic knot. The sliders themselves were just ok. The bread was too crispy from being reheated while the filling was just barely warm. The pizza in the display case was enticing so we got 2 pies to go. The pizza

Went here last night for dinner. Overall the staff is so friendly and customer service minded, the establishment was clean and fun, the food is good, and you can tell there is a lot of heart and soul in this place. I will review everything we ate according to my personal preference but if you don’t want to read the whole thing, all you need to know is you should definitely come check it out!! We ordered 5 garlic knot sliders, one loaded fries, stuffed garlic knots, pizza with a garlic knot crust, one of their signature sandwiches, and their own brand of sodas. Let’s start with the garlic, there is a lot of it, as there should be. It was the raw, pungent, slightly spicy garlic in oil appropriately put on everything as advertised. I like that. But it was a lot and I missed that subtle garl
