Wendy's

If You can avoid this Wendy’s, do it! I do not recommend going here. I waited in the drive-through line for 30 minutes. The person taking my order did not speak English, so it was extremely confusing and time-consuming to explain my order. Once I got to the window, I was handed the wrong order and charge double. I tried my best to explain what my order was to the lady, but she just kept handing me random food because she didn’t understand what I was saying. There were several cars in line behind me, all of which ended up leaving because of the wait time. Oh, and the best part is while waiting for my order to be fixed, the lady repeatedly yelled at the other workers and was extremely extremely rude to them when they were just trying to help because she didn’t speak English! Talk about aw

I thought that the Wendy’s in Lehi had the record for being the worst Wendy’s in the state but little did I know about this gem. I’ve been to this Wendy’s twice. The first time I went, I needed to use the bathroom before leaving and walked in and an employee walked out of one of the bathroom stalls and bypassed the sink, avoiding washing his hands after obviously doing his business. I decided to give it a pass and thought it could be just a one off, although I didn’t mention it to a manager. This time my son went through the drive-through to pick up a couple of salads. Look at the chicken that came on the salads! I’m not even sure I dare feed the chicken to my dog It’s that old. Avoid this Wendy’s at all cost! Burger King would be better and that is saying something.

So slow!!! We ordered ahead on the app and when we got there it wasn’t even on the tv! I had to remind them when the order was ready! They also said we make the food when you get here so… WHATS the point or ordering ahead? I will most likely not come in a while.!

Just went through the drive through and we ordered 2 of new chicken strip meals. When I got home and bit into the first strip it seemed mushy. When I looked at it it was literally raw meat, all 3 pieces in both meals. I’m just hoping I dont end up with food poisoning from the first bite. Also messed up the sauces. I had to microwave the chicken so they would be cooked. Feeling disgusted

Lame... Loved Wendy's as a kid but food is now overpriced for the quality. What's the point of pre-purchasing a Frosty card when they tell you the machine is broken? Also I was literally the only customer in the drive-thru the entire time and they ask me to pull around and wait for no reason (perhaps to fudge delivery time metrics?)
