Wendy's

I went to this location today for lunch & they were extremely slow. I went inside the dining room to order my lunch. The drive through was backed up and it took me 20 minutes to get my food. I watched folks walk in after me getting their order first. I did not say anything until I watched one of their employees come from behind the counter and place an order and she got her food before me. I asked what was the hold up just to get some lame excuse about the individual working the back was doing both dining room and drive through.

Ordered last night, whole order was horrible. Food was cold. No Mayo, got Mayo. Bacon on my sons burger, Barely. on my crispy chic I said no tomato, I got ALLLL the tomato residue from the pre-prepped one, they pulled off the old one tho..ugh.. what's next.. 2 Biggie bags, 1 fry. Bout 2 extra 6pc nuggets, Nope we got an extra spicy 4pc &a 3 pc instead. Sauces asked for, nope here ya go. All ranch.. Ikyfl.. No barbeque, no Honey mustard, no ghost pepper, oh yeah & no ketchup (understand that tho, no ketchup, I'm guessing because they didn't fulfill my fry order) But dang. Won't be ordering or going here Anymore. Over with.

Stopped by late and zero complaints. My order was correct, fresh and fast. Plus the team members were friendly and professional.

Good place off a busy road for a quick bite to eat. The soda machine wasn't working one day so they gave out the drinks at the counter. I love the ording kiosk but sometimes it has a slight delay. Very organized location that displays the order of your food preparation even with door dash customers. The front counter cashier was very good!

Absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my whole life. They have no staff. You go to the kiosk put the order in. The order doesn't go to the kiosk but you get charged for the order. They can't fix it You get charged and you have to leave with no food. Do not go to this Wendy's it is the worst! Then they lock the door cuz they have no staff.
