Wendy's

To the team member who took my order @ 8:16 PM, a Triple Baconator LG Combo, she was very speedy with taking my order, sweet, efficient and funny. April deserves a raise, she made my day, after a long shift at work, to whichever manager that reads this, I also give applause you for training great team members, at this location and lastly Happy Valentine’s Day! I will definitely be coming back to this fine establishment. Wendy’s never disappoints :)

Went to this location on 8-11-25 at 6:15. Saw nobody in the drive-through. Went inside with my wife and kids and found one person waiting for their food. We ordered 2qty 10piece nugget meals with frosties, 1 apple pecan salad and one chicken asiago club meal. I was then given 3 cups (only had 1 drink as the other 2 were substituted for frosties. About 5 minutes later they called my name for my order but only gave me the nuggets and 3 orders of fries. I gave that to my kids and continued to wait. A moment later the 2 frontier were put on the counter and 5 minutes later the salad. She then called my name again. I retrieved the food and asked about my chicken sandwich. She said they missed it, so I took the melting frosties and the salad to my family and came back to wait for the sandwich. 5

The woman at drive through rushed us not only that she rolled her eyes at my husband because he asked for a frosty!!! This is a no no!!! No matter how fast or slow you are in fast food you still Maintain good service!!! Don't take the job if you don't like it! PERIOD! Waited for food awhile as well!

We were excited to stop at Wendy's, last visit the meal was fresh. This time the fries were cold to the touch, one of the burgers was missing the tomato. Very disappointed after spending 26$

The person talking our order was rude and wasent listening. I asked for ranch and ketchup and I only received 1 ranch .... I order 4, 6 count nuggets.... she only had one on the order until I pulled around and corrected her .... like can you please just listen when people are ordering.
