Worth the wait and worth the hype - this is hands down the best BBQ I've ever had. I finally stopped by and ordered the 2-meat plate with fall-off-the-bone ribs and brisket both lean and wet. Incredible flavor. My wife had the turkey and jalapeno cheese sausage, which takes 3 days to make and its was incredible. Texas twinkies - they are a must! Loved it so much we went back the next week. I had the 4-rib plate and my wife got the stuffed baker with pulled pork. Everything was phenomenal. You'll become a regular after the first stop, and those beans...man!

I visited Burns Bbq & Catering Co. in Greenville, Texas this week for lunch. I have followed their page for a while but have not made the time to visit until now. I ordered a variety of the meats that are available on weekdays as well as one side. The staff was friendly, their process was fast and the space was clean for a food truck in a grass and gravel parking lot. Brisket: I ordered sliced with a portion of lean as well as moist. Ordering to go means your meat portions are wrapped in foil and placed in a bag which can make it meld together vs being served on a platter or in a container with open air space. I tried a piece from each portion and it had good flavor. Turkey breast: this was moist and had a small drizzle of sauce that complimented the turkey very well. Jalapeño cheese

I have eaten at (only, don't judge 😉) 4 other BBQ joints in Texas and I ha e to say that the overall quality of the food, from the BBQ to the sides, was most excellent 👌. This was my first but not last time going and the Pork Belly burnt ends, Brisket, coleslaw, and creamed corn was fantastic. I need to try the ribs and sausages next time I go and I expect them to be of great quality as well!

Best ribs and potato salad around. Bbq sauce is also amazing but you don’t need it! -Went back multiple times and wanted to update the community that this is by far the best spot for ribs!

I ordered 7 pounds of brisket 4 pounds of sausage with Ricky. It came with a huge tub of barbecue sauce, onions and pickles. Burns BBQ is so moist and tender with the perfect amount of flavor. A lot of my guests wanted doggy bags. Whether you're passing through town or planning for a party, they are easy to find on Hwy 34 in Quinlan. I highly recommend trying Burns BBQ. you won't be disappointed. Paula. 11/1/25
