Wendy's

The whole place smells like vomiting and vodka not sure if it is the food poisoning or the boxing ring over all absolutely NASTY 🤢 highly recommend!!!!!!!

My twins had a basketball game last Tuesday 2/3/26.. afterwards I took them and 2 of their friends to Wendy's in Fulton. We got there about 9:45 pm. After waiting to place an order for about 10 minutes the lady told us the lobby was closed and we'd have to go through the drive through. So we went to the drive through. I told the lady I had 4 orders and needed them all in separate bags (that's originally why we went inside in the first place) she proceeded to say "I'm supposed to tell you we can do it but it only 3 of us working so I don't know." I asked her what did she mean by that and her rude response was "what can I get you".. totally ignoring my question. So I told her never mind we'll go somewhere else. The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experience anywhere. I am not a person that typically leaves bad reviews, but this was too bad not to. I placed a mobile order, get to the window and they tell me they are closed. No one even offers an explanation. Just that they are closed. I’m sorry what Wendy’s closes at 4pm? I knock on the door to which, a very rude man with two nostril piercings says, “we don’t have your money” and SLAMS the door. STOP TAKING MOBILE ORDERS IF YOU ARE GOING TO CLOSE RANDOMLY and I STILL have not gotten my money back either. During the holidays, this is absolutely unacceptable.

Just being honest, I don’t think Wendy’s can be five stars. The burgers aren’t that good but if you get the biggie bag for six dollars that’s the best value anything else really isn’t worth the money.

My order was done through mobile app. I went to the drive thru to pick it up. There was one car in front of me. We waited quite a while only to get cold food and a half full container of fries. This location definitely needs to work on time you wait in the drive thru, and temperature of food.
