Pizza Hut

Food is always good. Time is not the best here. When you reserve food for pickup at a certain time, you expect it to be ready when you get there. Every time I order ahead of time, my food is never ready until nearly 45min-1 hour after I get there to pick it up. I gave benefit of the doubt the first time, but after a couple of times, it's really frustrating. However, the location is very convenient and as I said, the food is always good.

We showed up 5 minutes later than advised. The lady walked from the front to the back and didnt return for 15 minutes, even though our pizza was already boxed and ready for us. We had 4 pizzas and when she finally gave them to us she told us "Next time order 2 hours ahead so it doesnt back them up so much" (we had 4 pizzas) I never tip before a pickup but i did today and I want my tip back. I will never return! this is the 3rd time I have used this location and everytime is a problem. The service was awful, the customer service was awful, the overall experience is awful. Just close the store if its always like this. I will go to Tupelo from now on and give my money to Papa Johns.

Staff was great and friendly! They were more than happy to help me with my issues with DoorDash when I came in.

Good fresh pizza comes in quick and delicious

Service was shit, had to wait 10min while the server lady in the glasses sat on her phone, and I could clearly see my order in th hot box the pizza dough was not thick at all it was like eating air bubbles. I won't be going back to fulton location anymore, will go out of the way and get Dominos
