Wendy's

Horrible, thus AI crap is the worst. We did a online order drive thru. We was in line for 15min. The screen went out then on, no one still didn't came to the drive thru. I spoke still nothing. We never done the online order before so we did know if I should go inside but I did. They said the power went out and they don't see my order and I should them my order on my phone that I paid. It still took 10min or so to get my for so over all I was at Wendy's till I got my food almost 30min. Food was good, but they only gave me fresh new meals only because I had my recipe on my phone never again

Whoever was working on the night of 4/17/25 is just giving you whatever he thinks you want. Doesnt have the decency to tell me theres no lettuce so he throws chicken on a bun with nothing else. My drink is all ice. Its just sad that im a burden for bringing your establishment business. Poor service maybe yall should consider hiring people that have better attitudes.

I've been here multiple times but last night was the worst food I've ever gotten. I ordered two Jr Bacon Cheeseburgers, both of them had black burnt bacon on them. The employee seriously couldn't just tell me to wait a little longer to recook more bacon or just lie to me and say "we don't have bacon" if they didn't have time? It is completely unacceptable to give a customer BURNT food! Surely no manager would be okay with that (I would hope)!

Oct 17 2025 5:30p- waited in line for 15 + mins, ordered 2 meals. 2 other cars in front of me were waiting even longer in the parking lot. The inside was closed, and the line behind me left the property.. I dont know who owns this Wendy's but they're doing a poor job at it. Something needs to be done or they should close the doors and give fairhaven the space to put an actual business there in their space..

How do you run out of fries? That's like every meal.... Only find out at the pickup window. Then forgot half my order which of course I realized after driving off. Forgot the second toy for the kids meal Forgot the second milk And then as they are handing me a vanilla frosty. They say and there's no chocolate here's vanilla. Like good thing we don't have any allergies. What a disaster.
