Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve worked fast food a i would consider myself pretty understanding but this was just not okay. We got there when there was not a ton of people in the store. We ordered no big deal. Took about 30-35 minutes to get our food. Only to get our food to get the wrong stuff and missing parts of our food. Brought it up to the staff absolutely rude and unprofessional when they were the ones who messed up. If i could rate this place a .1 star i would. Do not give them your business.

The best Wendy's I've been to. Team is well run, friendly, and they get orders out quick! I never have issues with my order here. Place is always clean and operates well. The way a franchise should be.

Go a few miles away from the City Center EM location to the one by Ridley's... Food is always garbage at this location. People are nice and service is good but unfortunately they don't know how to prepare the food.

When this location first opened, they did super well. Gone downhill since then. At the very least the food should be hot. I have given this location multiple chances recently and every single time I go there my food is at best lukewarm and at worst physically cold to the touch. With food prices today it’s a very low bar to at least expect the food you’re getting to be hot.

Someone give Brandon a RAISE immediately! This guy is lightning fast, super kind, and insanely efficient like he’s powered by Frosties and good vibes! Every time I’ve been helped by him, the service is perfect and the food is fresh. He’s polite, professional, and genuinely makes your day better just by being awesome at what he does. Wendy’s needs to make him the employee of the month, the year, and maybe even the century. Absolute legend!
