Got the fish and chips. Cost 21.69 and while it was very fresh. The fish had no flavor or salt at all and the tarter sauce has a weird flavor and big chunks in it. It was well cooked and not dry. The fries were very very crisp and good, and I would recommended the garlic on them. All in all i found it very overpriced for what it is. The kid serving was great and probably the best part. I didn't try the coleslaw because the way it was served really grossed me out. Didn't look like coleslaw I have seen before so maybe it was good, but the blob made my stomach do spins. I think if it cost less I might feel differently about this place, but the fish wasn't good and it was expensive. The service was amazing though and

Honestly this place is one of the best food trucks I have ever had! Very time I come to Utah I make a pitch stop here at Biko! I have had from their cheeseburger, chicken tenders, fish tacos! And the Philly cheesesteak, legit have almost tried everything on the menu! This last vist I decided to try his asada tacos (huge craving of mine lately) and a burger for my bf! I tell you that the food was sooooo heavenly good! Worth my money, worth the drive, legit worth everything!!

These burgers are HUGE! So yummy. The fries are amazing and the sauce is SO GOOD. (If you’re a garlic lover like myself.) Will be returning!!

One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. Delicious fries. Guy who runs the truck knows how to make good food and extremely nice and friendly. Highly recommend. Burger was tender and juicy, veggies were fresh, everything was cooked perfectly.
