Wendy's

We were literally the first customers of the day and the restaurant was so dirty. Counters with dried ketchup and food all over it, food all over the floor, dried soda all over the self serve pop machine. I can’t imagine how dirty the kitchen is. We still ate. The food was good. The workers were nice.

I've been going to this Wendy's a few times a week for years now. I don't know if management has changed or what is happening but the quality is awful. I just waited 10 minutes for cold fries, the patty on my burger was all of an inch wide. My last 3 visits I have thrown the food away it has been so bad. I put my receipt and food on the counter and walked out. Hoping I get a refund.

This Wendy's used to be so nice and your food was always right. Tonight there are a bunch of kids working with no guidance. Half our food was missing from the bag, the tea is disgusting, and the fries weren't even filled half way. Kids messing around and laughing at the window and showing zero customer service skills.

Make sure your Biggie Bundle has 2 sandwiches in it before leaving the drive through window. I ordered a Biggie Bundle for me for $8 and a Biggie Bag for $6 for the wife who was with me in the car. Total should have come to around $14. Upon arriving at the pickup window, was told by the young man I owed $17. Was told that I ordered an extra cheeseburger (which I did not) so I said no to that extra burger thinking I was already getting two sandwiches in my Biggie Bundle. Upon pulling over to eat (I had my dog in the car too) there was only one sandwich in my Biggie Bundle, not two. Will Wendy's please insure their employees know what and how much go into their "Bag Deals" and not "short" their customers of a sandwich? The food was very good We loved the music they played. The service was excellent and staff were friendly. We will be coming back!
