This Location IS BETTER THAN THAT i bypass all the other national name burger outlets to get here. i bypass the others because this location ALWAYS serves HOT CHEESEBURGERS i also recommend using the Wendy's Mobile Phone App. Since i started using it, they ALWAYS GET IT RIGHT KEEP UP THE GRRRRREAT WORK & I'LL KEEP COMING BACK

I go to this location regularly. I went through the drive thru, received my food and drove off. No issues. I was about a minute away when I discovered my fries were cold and stale. I took them back and asked for fresh fries. I was kind and nice when I let the drive thru employee know theu were stale. The manager on duty handed me new fries with such attitude..she and the drive thru employee looked at me in defense like how dare I state my fries are cold and how dare I ask for fresh fries..???!!! Do better!

The night shift employee "Luz", was by far, the best cashier I've had the pleasure to meet. Told her I'd leave a review so here it is! Such a nice, hospitable and exceeding and excelling in the customer service field!! Also the night shift cook Max is great with specifics is order customizations and expediting orders; made to order ( FRESH!! )

We spent almost $30 on 3 burgers and a small chili ...the burgers were over done, not much stuff on the Carolina burgers and the damn beans were not even cooked... almost crunchy! I live close and have eaten there frequently but this meal was a disaster... most of it went into the trash... never again... jus' sayin '...

When we got home, my husband ate half of his burger and he said he didn’t want any anymore. When I looked at the burger, cause I was gonna finish it. It was raw and we had to sit in the drive-through and wait on our food and it still came out raw when I tried to call. They hung up on me. I’m never going back to this Wendy’s again. This is the second time they messed my food and with it coming out RAW I’m just hoping my husband doesn’t get sick.
