What appears as normal, may not always be. Im not sure why the tomato looked very old soggy, the burger way extremely over salted beyond normal. The lettuce was wilted. Fried old. Staff looked normal, looked busy, yet not a ton of people. The Food just isn't what it use to be. Its never guaranteed fresh anymore. I've ate at this location before and it wasn't as bad, but still not great.
I placed a DoorDash order for the Connersville Wendy’s and couldn’t find Minute Maid Lemonade listed in the app. My son is autistic and will only drink lemonade without pulp, so this detail really matters for our family. I called the restaurant and spoke with a very kind and helpful woman who graciously found my order and made sure the drink was the correct lemonade. Her patience, care, and willingness to help meant more than she probably realized. Thank you for such thoughtful customer service — it truly made our day. Creating world peace one moment at a time 💛
Food was hot and fresh. Inside could use a remodel. Parking lot is weird.
Went through the drive thru and ordered a six piece nugget and a medium fry. All the food looked like it had been cooked in grease that is long overdue for cleaning. The fry portion was a joke! I wish I had checked the order before pulling away. The girl at the window wasn't very friendly. I would not recommend this place.
The only reason I put a 3 for Service because they was nice but when I order a large fry I expect to get a large fry not a small fry in a large box
