It's fast food so it's as expected. No fast food should ever get 5 stars. This Wendy's seems to do better than most I've seen.
I and a friend ate at Wendy's this weekend - we ordered and I swiped my credit card before I noticed the over charge - I ask for a refund and they refused - they would only offer us a extra food item in exchange for the over charge - this is very poor customer service !!
Usually a Wendy's fan. But this store is mediocre. Burger decent fries cold and had hair. This store is subpar compared to the one in Bartlesville.
Had an emergency to tend to and didn’t get to my food as quick as I’d have liked. With that said, the food that was meant to be served “fresh” shouldn’t visibly have sprinkled cheese on top still after 5-10 mins any WARM plate should have easily melted that cheese. I can microwave some fries right now and that shredded cheese wouldn’t be able to be picked from the entre. To say the food is fresh is crazy. I know it’s fast food, but it doesn’t need to be heated for less time because of that.
I love Wendy's! The only thing I dont like about this Wendy's is the fact that you have to drive all the way around and try to find parking to wait for your food. Other than that this place is great!
