Wendy's

Ive been coming here often lately and depending on the crew working, it can be great service and fantastic food or absolutely terrible service and food. Ive often messed up orders a few times though, usually an ingredient messup or missing an item but today i redeemed a reward breakfast baconator from my app points and when i opened it, something didn't look right. Smelled off and the egg just...gross. Either it wasn't cooked fresh and has been sitting under a lamp too long or just reheated too long after sitting around. Ill still be coming here but this really disappointed me this time. Do better...

Road trip stop Place was a little busy. Decided to go inside Side door was locked, no sign, had to walk around the building. Kiosk only order. Expo there was only able to process one order at a time. Rather than as food came out. And no attention to dive in, to go, door dash. Food was good, but we ordered everything at default. But ketchup dispensaries were empty. Had to go to counter for packets.

Ordered the Chicken Strip basket. Ate 1 peice of chicken going over the Smoky Mountains, & was sick. Chicken was raw, not cooked at all. Returned, 4 days later. No refund. Never go back.

Food was good. Service was slow. Their drink machines were out of numerous dri ks and there was water leaking from somewhere under that put water all over the flood that you have to walk in the grt a drink. They put a wet floor sign. Should have closed off and provided drinks for people from fou main behind counter.

I ordered a taco salad.i had 3 or 4 thinly sliced, small tomatoes and about 19 corn chips. I have always enjoyed Wendy's food but very disappointed this time.
