Carolinas Coneys & Cream

I got a Banana split you get to choose any 3 flavors and what you want on it Probably the best i’ve ever had. atmosphere is pretty awkward when ordering but once you get past that it’s great!

I went here Saturday afternoon and while the ice cream was absolutely delicious, creamy, rich, and full of flavor, the service was really disappointing. The girls working the counter seemed like they hated being there and made it obvious they didn’t want customers. When I asked if they had chocolate syrup, one of them rolled her eyes and said no with attitude. Another girl was sitting on a cooler on her phone, completely disengaged and giving off a standoffish vibe. As I was leaving, another customer even said, “If you hate your job, get another.” It’s unfortunate because the ice cream itself is amazing, but the staff’s attitude takes away from the whole experience.

The service was good, but it was a bit awkward. You also have to ask for a sample even if you don't see the sample speeds, they have them. The ice cream I got was Krazy Kookie Dough, a single scoop in a cone. Was about 5 bucks and tasted soooo good! The atmosphere was a bit awkward because there weren't many customers, nor music, but it was fine.

We stopped for some ice cream. This whole place is very nice and you can sit outside to enjoy your ice cream. We spent a lot of time here and it was fun for the kids as well as for us. Parking is a challenge but you will find a spot if you keep looking. We had to make couple circles to find the best spot and then we just walked everywhere. Must visit if you are in the area.

Carolina's Coneys & Cream is the best ice cream shop in Cherokee! Absolutely delicious! The store itself is adorable with tons of candy! There are even a few decor items and T-shirts to browse. The owner is so adorable & sweet. She is always kind when you stop in. The staff is also quite kind & helpful. There are plenty of ice cream flavors. You can choose from sugar cone, cake cone, waffle cones, and cups. There are also other homemade treats such as milkshakes and sundaes. Stop in when you're in Cherokee. It's such a treat!
