Wendy's

i would give this place negative stars if i could. what an awful place, i had high hopes but have gone twice now and very disappointed.. they messed up my order multiple times the first time i went, and had to argue to get to correct order. second time they close at 1am and by 11pm they shut down their drink & frosty machine? wont be stopping here to be let down a third time thats for sure.

Ordering was quick & easy. But after we drove away we realized that the beverage we received is not what we had ordered. Simple order of (2)fries and (1) frosty... the beverage we received taste strongly of mint. Yuck! We should have received exactly what we ordered & paid for. And it definitely shouldn't have been mint. Kiddo was disappointed, so was I when I threw away a $5.19 drink because noone wanted to drink that. I hope this new establishment does better than the disgusting McDonald's in CS.

This location just opened, cut them some slack. We dont have any good places up here and im happy Wendy's is in this location. Food was good.

My women picked me up food and when she got home they didnt o any thing right. The burger fixing was on the side of the burger wrapped up with things I didn't even want on it. I heard her order the food I know she asked for what I wanted.

We were excited that there was a new Wendy’s in Central square NY. I use to work at a Wendy’s for 7 years and I know how focused food quality and customer satisfaction use to be. However, times sure have changed things. The food quality was horrible. It cost us $24 for two combos and it wasn’t good. We ordered a single combo with no onions and it had onions on it, so it tasted like onion even after they were removed. It was not enjoyable. We also ordered a chicken tender combo. One tender was ok. The other two tenders were so tiny that they looked like nuggets and had so much breading that you couldn’t even find the meat. “Where’s the chicken?” should be their new catch phrase. So we learned a couple of things… First, don’t trust this Wendy’s if you order. Always double check. Second, don’
