Worst service ever received. Allison or CC threw a packet of ranch at me. Waited over an hour for food in the drive thru. Order wasn't even right. Food was cold. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
THESE PEOPLE NEED TO BE DRUG TESTED. Asked if they could scan my order code for the promo they were running. Got the food did not get promotional item.. Asked the employee that I Ordered with what happend. I was told that I had to order the free items or receive it.... LADY YOU SCANNED IT... Manager says ahh can't do nothing now.
17 hours into a 22 hour drive, this Wendy's was absolutely perfect. Probably the best Wendy's experience I've had. The fries were hot and fresh, the burger tasted great. The salad was fantastic. Was exactly what we needed to close out the drive.
All those negative reviews! I must be blessed because I walked in, ordered a baconator combo and minutes later had a really good burger, hot fries and a sugar free seagrams ginger ale. I even commented to the girls behind the counter how nice it is to have such a huge selection in the drink machine. Maybe the sunday crew is just better but they laughed and before they were done smiling my order was up! Place was really clean and just a good experence all round.
They got my food wrong and when I went in to change it they ignored me and then gave me the same sandwich that I had already gave them to fix. It was still the exact same. Then they still refused to fix it or give me anything else. So therefore I lost my money and got no food
