Everything was great. Service fresh hot food and stocked condiments, clean dining room.

Ordered two meals and one order of spicy nuggets. Got up to pay and didn’t give me a receipt. Was told to wait for my food, waited 10 minutes to receive no fries, no straws, no sauces that were requested when ordering, and the nuggets weren’t even the right kind. HIGHLY disappointed in the Canfield Wendys. Do better.

We were here around 10:15 pm on 11/12... My mom placed the order right after the stupid automated message. After waiting a few minutes my mom said "hello" just to make sure someone got our order. After not hearing anything for a few more minutes, we pulled around to the window. We sat behind a car for a minute or 2. There was loud rap music coming from inside the building. We pulled up once the car ahead left and had to wait almost 5 minutes for someone to even walk by and acknowledge us...When someone finally came to the window, we asked if anyone took our order and the worker said she didn't know because she didn't have a headset on... Says their open until 11pm. I was part of a group of cars that were waiting in the drive-through at 9:50. People just started leaving so I called inside and they said they were closed and not taking orders.
