Bob Evans

When we arrived, we were kindly greeted and seated. We were able to order our drinks and food, but when we got our food we didnt have any silverware. The buffalo burger was advertised to be tossed in the sauce, but it barley had sauce covering the top. Everyone at the table had gotten their food, but I waited until everyone was almost done eating to get my omelet. I could tell it was sitting under a light for a while because everything tasted stale and cold.

This is the worst Bob Evans I've been to. It was quite cold in the building and it was a chilly, rainy day outside so that wasn't helpful. I got the pick 2 combos for 8.99 and my sandwich was so toasted it hurt to bite into and my 'soup' was so thick it should be illegal to try to call it soup, it was disgusting.

This Bob's used to be good, but my recent experince there definitely wasn't! I placed an carry-out order online on Tuesday, 12/30/25 @ 6:03pm. It said it would be ready at 6:23pm. I arrived at 6:20pm, went inside and was told they would have my order right out. At 7pm, 35 mins later, I was still waiting. Once I received my food I left. When I arrived home to eat it, the burger I ordered was thinner than a quarter and the "burger" was burnt. I could barely eat it. I took a few bites and threw the rest away. The sad part is they weren't even busy that night. The staff was standing around talking and on their cell phones. I was so disappointed in the quality of the meal I paid for. Job Evans in Canfield, OH - you need to do better.

After traveling for 14+ hours I was exhausted from a long drive. I got there about 1 min before closing time. They could have turned me away, but I was greeted by a great manager who got me a really nice salad to go. Can't thank them enough!

If you are craving turkey dinner & it’s not thanksgiving yet…order a family meal from Bob Evans. You even have a pick from 3 or 4 different types of gravy (we love the chicken gravy)… or get them all for a little extra cost. If you have men you are serving please do them a favor and order a double portion of meat. You’ll be glad you took my advice. The rolls are so delicious that they get gobbled up quickly. Stuffing is exceptional for those who love the traditional sides. This for sure will cure your cravings till November when you cook the big bird.
