Wendy's

The chicken and fries were badly overcooked. The cashier didn't offer me my receipt and the ketchup tastes weird. Very disappointed. It was clean, so I'll give them that.

No one give credit to the ones you don’t see, so here is my shout out to Margarito ( I know I butchered that ) this man is awesome, the place has never looked better, and I mean that, ever since this establishment has had him in there doing the janitorial work this place has been super clean and tidy, he is very kind and welcoming to everyone. My hat goes off to him and the manager that saw raw talent and put it great use. This man is an example for all employees to admire for his dedication and commitment to what he does for Wendy’s. In my opinion I don’t care what he gets paid an hour this man deserves recognition and a raise. Keep up the great work!!!

Great service but the schedule on Google maps says it opens at 6:30am when in reality they open at 9:30am. The mobile app allows us to place mobile orders anyways causing us to think the store is open. Might be a good idea to make sure the app or Google maps align with their actual hours.

It's going to be a long time before I give this location another chance. Asked me pull into a parking spot to receive my order. Not the worst thing, happens a lot. We then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for our food. I tried to walk in to ask how things were going. Every door was locked. Drive thru only I guess. Had to walk up up the window after 4 other vehicles got their food with no wait just to tell them my kids were hungry and needed their food (I could see their bags sitting on the shelf waiting to be carried out). When they finally brought our food out they included no napkins, no straws, and none of the dipping sauces we ordered. No explanation for the wait, apologies, a "have a nice day" or anything. So sorry we inconvenienced you by providing you income. After reading other folks

Fire Saniyah. She's a tyrant and embarrassment to basic fast food service. From wiping her running nasty nose and touching others drinks to walking away from customers when they ask her something to intentionally ignore them. She scratched her nasty greasy hair AND was rubbing her eyes all while touching people's food! I've told this story at least 2 times tonight and people suggested a health department call because that was wild to watch. She was so rude to people I'm starting to question whether she actually may have defiled food out of spite. Im gonna have to reach out to the HD to discuss because all that greasy hair, eye gunk, boogers, and lack of hand washing I sure was questioning if this was a fast food joint or a daycare.
