They make the best smoothies. I love the extra thick jetty punch with lime . They have taken great care of me in the few months I have been visiting

My family and I have been coming to this location since it opened, sometimes multiple times per week, and this experience was very disappointing. I ordered two smoothies last night and drove to pick them up, but Google showed the store as CLOSED in red letters, so we turned around. When I went in the next day, the owner said they were actually open, but she refused to refund or remake the l smoothies I paid for and never received. She offered 20% off on a future purchase which doesn’t make up for the full loss. Even if the online hours were wrong, that’s not the customer’s fault, and I expected better customer service, especially from a place we’ve supported for so long. The owner seems heartless. We will not be back.

I normally enjoy Tropical Smoothie, but this location was really disappointing. The manager is very rude and doesn’t treat her employees kindly, which was very uncomfortable to witness. She also didn’t seem to care about the customers or listen to concerns, which made the whole experience unpleasant. I truly hope management steps in to make some changes, because the staff and customers deserve better.

Nicest one I’ve been and wherever I’ve moved due to my job I visit tropical smoothie once a week at least, but this one is soooooo nice the staff very friendly and professional. Super polite people always with a smile and great manners, clean facility as well.

I go here everyday they call me by my name Mr.Williams . They make you feel at home they make you feel like you want to give them your money. (Lol) the best one I have ever be too. The team is great.
