Wendy's

So all of a sudden this decides to be the only Wendy's that opens up at 8:00 a.m. for breakfast now glad I wasted my time to turn in and find that out definitely won't be getting my business anymore

Unbelievable how many times I’ve been to this place just to get disappointed EVERY single time. I’ve worked in the Fast Food industry before so I try to keep an open mind and try to be understanding but the service here is just unacceptable. I order food here frequently and would like to keep stopping by here when i’m craving Wendy’s but this specific store is just an abomination. Whenever I’m in the Drive-Thru or the lobby I do not feel welcomed, I feel like I’m actually bothering the employees (even who I think is the Store Manager!!) every time I come here. Now, I don’t wanna lump every single employee into my complaints because there’s a few young ladies who are very nice and polite, but most of the employees here qualify into my complaints. We went through the drive up, ordered 2 small chocolate frostys, gave the cashier $7.00 cash after I had to ask her the total. The cashier never offered me my change, so I just said "keep the change "

Just like the others (burger chains) the commercials are spreading the BIG LIE! The sandwich looks nothing like what the picture on the menu on the internet or TV. I know things are embellished but if you advertise one thing it should not be completely different but you still pay full price. Didn't get my straws or the right sandwich. Restaurants want you to give them business but the people that work there don't care. Service is DEAD!

It’s NYE and we went to Wendy’s to get something to eat. We had the BEST customer service we have ever experienced. The guy at the window was super professional and then after he took our order and cashed us out, we saw him over there helping bag orders as quickly as possible. He was working so hard. I worked fast food for seven years and I know a good employee when I see one. The name on our receipt says Victor, so I believe that is the employee who provided us with such great service. Our food was outstanding as well. The kitchen crew did outstanding. The fries were fresh, the quality of the sandwich was high. Well done on all fronts. It’s one thing to work the night that no one wants to work, it’s another to show up and deliver the way this crew did tonight.
