Asahi Japanese Steak & Seafood

Went at 3pm on a Sunday. There was no wait. Food was good. Decent value for the money. Cost is comparable to similar restaurants. About 30-40 per person

This was a delightful experience for our entire party. The chef preparing the hibachi meal was pleasant and funny. Our waitress was exceptional and very attentive to the needs of our table. The food was magnificent from the taste to textures with a delightful array of variety in choices. My favorite portion of the meal was the sushi and the sashimi offerings. Fresh, tasteful, well prepared presentation. A must attend dining experience for those who enjoy Japanese hibachi cuisine and sushi bar. Rate this as 4.5 out of 5 star experience and recommend others to plan a visit.

I am a regular due to location convenience and every single time I visit the service gets worse and worse. No matter if I go as a party of 2 at lunch or a larger party for dinner. At my table tonight there were 9 of us which included 2 young children, so 7 actual paying customers. The service was so bad we had to take our cups to the bar to ask for refills, and do the same to get to go boxes. Where both times we asked for our waiter to come to our table but she never did. Our food was not the best I've had there because our cook rushed cooking everything and there was zero "show" with the cook. I've always had an experience with cooks at Japanese restaurants but our cook only spoke to us when he had to. He even handed us the bottle of yum yum to fill our own saucers. There was care the lac

I’m not one to complain but The waitress was HORRIBLE!!! She didn’t bring refills. Had to get up and get our own drinks and boxes. Asked for the waiter to be sent to our table and never came till she brought our checks. 20% gratuity was added to our check which nobody that took care of us deserved and two we weren’t included in a party. The people that we knew was separated by a whole wall. Had no connection to them and never talked the whole time there. The food that was cooked in front of us was rushed, and not seasoned at all. The people around us at different tables had great chefs that cared and interacted with the people they were serving this chief didn’t say but a few words and only what he needed to say. Great food. I'm not sure I have ever actually had any food here that I did not enjoy. Plus I don't think their prices are unreasonable for anything they have.
