Wendy's

I love Wendy's chili it is the best I've ever eaten. Except at the Batesburg,sc location. The first time I went to get 2 large chili's. When I got home found out the chili was dry and had a scorched after taste. Ok everyone has a bad day so I gave them another chance. Second visit asked for 2 large chili's and was told they only had 1 large and 1 small. So I only got the small. And not only did it have a scorched taste it was lluke warm. Very sad I will never visit this Wendy's again. Thx

flys all over the restaurant and also upfront on the ordering screens the flys were everywhere flying. workers shure like to have flys in the restaurant and the old lady that walks weird wanted to give me a small frosty ice cream wen i had order a chocolate cold brew ice coffee. I hope they can hire clean people that keeps everything on stuck with the ketchup. we come an spend our money here not word it. Stop wasting our time . n Hurry up with our food.

Went there today to grab my kids some lunch. Ordered 2 $4 biggie bags and 1 $5 crispy chicken biggie bag. I drive a half hour home and pull out the food and the crispy chicken sandwich was half eaten but wrapped (so nice of them) and no nuggets or fries!! Tried calling and no one has answered.

I don't understand all the attitudes. Service is awful. If I pull up in the drive-thru and order five meals. You clearly see it's just me in the car and hand the drinks individually without a drink holder. Ask for one it's a problem. Missing part of my meal problem. If you don't want to work there, find another job.

Terrible!! Only 3 people working. I understand being short staff. But has nothing to do with getting a order right. Go back up there. A lady says what's wrong I tell her. She walks off. Unexpectable!! Suppost to be a Baconator. A hamburger with ketchup!!
