Wendy's

While usually pretty good service, this last time should be used in a training video of what not to do. When going through the drive thru, when I got to the window I was told it would be a 6 min wait for spicy chicken sandwiches or I could have normal chicken now (this is not the first time this has happened). I said I would wait. So I pulled ahead as directed to wait for them to bring my food out. In the meantime another car was also told to wait and was pulled up behind me. After about 10 mins (not the 6 min as told), a lady came out and went to the car behind me. She proceeded to ask them what they ordered and then handed them one of the bags she was holding. The person took it into their car, looked inside, then proceeded to hand it back. Then the lady walked up to my car and hand

So 3 times ive gotten wendys over the last 2 months and its later at night 730 to 830. But idk if the works are night shift or whats going on but they leave stuff out tonight was a whole kids meal and of course they didnt give me my receipt so had to drive back. Long story sort all ways all ways all ways double check to make sure you got all your food because it very annoying having to go back. Also I read a couple other reviews and they're right about the lady at the window she's ether real real tired or somethin else. And it seems its problems with the night shift because a few ive read are all later. So last time gettin wendys for awhile.

Every time I go here I only get half the fries I ordered. Order a large, get the large container with half the fries. Order medium, get medium container half full. Just got a biggie bag and 4 pc kid's meal, and my son's meal had more fries in it, and they're the same size. Just fill the god damn container.

It took a very long time to get the food and there were older kids hanging out running around and picking on a small person messing around.Nothing was said to them which our 6 year old granddaughter was with us to see these kids being absolutely terrible.Management should have kicked them out but let it go on saying nothing. Will never go back there.

Food is so yummy and only $11 dollars for 2 big meals !! Staff is friendly and very clean and super fast service.
