Even with my odd eyes squinted behind shades I was blinded by the sun beautifully failing to warm up the young brisk morning air in Batavia NY. My short psychedelic journey the night prior had come to an end and I was in need of caffeine like a fiend like a sin. Google fingers worked accordingly and pointed me towards thee (drum roll) …Pub Coffee Hub! (Horns playing). Located on the bottom floor of a warehousey industrial looking building thingy …I knew this cafe would have character. Walking up it is easy to miss the entrance best described as a discreet but vibrant green door which opens up with a mild creak. Literally everytime I enter this shop or buy anything from here I am pretty much ascended to heaven. The service has always been top tier, the food is to die for, and every drink blessed by this place is beyond delicious. This will stay one of my favorite coffee places of all time, one time this employee was literally working in roller skates, immaculate vibes. Also the food here, especially the baklava and the grilled cheeses, are the best in this entire country. I love this place. PLEASE GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

I get the Baklava every time I stop in here, it's great. Not exactly traditional, but delicious nonetheless. Paired with a doubleshot of Espresso, and I have a prefect quick breakfast or midday snack. Sometimes the line can be a little long but don't let that deter you. They got good stuff here. I hear the breakfast plates are good too...

On our way from Rochester to Niagara falls, the family stopped here for some excellent espresso drinks. The location is interesting and directly across from a famous cemetery of the war of 1812. The barista was awesome and explained a lot of the history of the town and that there are a ton of visitors that come through to see peace garden and the cemetery across the street. My wife and I tried two of the drinks from the "friends" menu and they were very sweet but very good.
