I ordered DoorDash so I could drive and pick up my food. I'm in extreme pain right now. I was told "They (DoorDash? Management?) aren't allowed to give DoorDash through the drive-thru." I dont get that at all. I call BULL and frankly peed me off so I floored it around the building. Guys. I worked at Little Caesars with DoorDash and I was a manager. It was up to the store preference and for convenience. Laziness really rubs me the wrong way. Apologies don't take the pain from my body. Thank you. And as a result you got to see a Spicy Attitude. AND I was not rude to any workers. Mama Bear OUT.

Literally the worst fast food place in Barbourville. The food is always hit or miss, its always a 15+ minute wait, and they never get the order right. Don't order more than item because you won't get it. Every time I've ordered two of the same item, I always get one. They're in such a rush to get off the speaker that they dont fully listen or they cant hear you. Then you end up having to add it on at the pay window. I've worked fast food many times and I understand that it sucks, but it's literally every stop here and every time.

Awesome renovation! They recently renovated the inside. It has a warm and modern appearance. It has various types (chais, booth, bar) of seating. They place feels very open. My son and I enjoyed an episode of The Andy Griffith Show while eating the normal high quality fast food. Do I recommend: ABSOLUTELY

Food was cold, fries severely over salted! And the baconator fried were cold and pathetic cheese wasent even melted on my jr bacon! Bacon tasted old . I will drive 50 miles in the opposite direction just to never come back here! Extremely disappointed!

I just ordered breakfast and I found something round and brown? In my coffee I’m not sure what it is. But other than that everything was good!
