Burger King

Day shift afternoon. Soggy onion rings. Didn't give us any ketchup either or dipping sauce. Chicken was kinda cold but edible Still better than McDonald's but really is that the standard? The people that work here are usually really good about customer service. I guess I'll just start going only during the evenings. If you want good hot food for an affordable price go to BK in the evenings.

I haven't eaten here in years even though I live just a couple miles away. Absolutely the worst food in Barbourville, thanks for reminding me of why I don't eat here. I wasn't expecting culinary excellence, but somewhat edible isn't being unreasonable in my opinion.

Friendly, food is most of time fresh if you ask for fresh food they will make it.

This is the best Burger King I have eaten at in a very long time. In fact, I have not eaten at a Burger King in years because the food had gotten so bad. The staff was working well together and the service was excellent.

I have never seen a fast food place THIS MESSY. The photo shows behind the counter where they were cooking. Every square inch was covered in trash, bits of fries and nuggets, open drinks. The front was just as bad. I don't understand how they can get away with this. It was completely unsanitary. I don't except a 5 star experience when walking into Burger King, but I do expect the area where my food is being prepared to have some semblance of being clean.
