Wendy's

They were out of chili so we ordered two junior bacon biggie bags. I know it has been years since this commercial, but seriously where's the beef? Don't get me wrong I normally don't like a lot of meat, but the pattys on both were so small I ate mostly bun until I got to the middle. Which to me is weird because we have ate the same thing at others and never had that problem. Beyond that the employees in drive thru were nice.

Considering we're talking about fast food, just to set the appropriate level of expectation, this was probably the best fast food experience I've ever had as far as quality goes. The restaurant was the cleanest I've ever seen and the staff all looked to be put together. There wasn't a scrap on any of the tables or the condiment counter and the restroom was incredibly clean and stocked. They were efficient in taking our order, it was out in less time that we expected and everything was well salted, cooked perfectly and nothing was missing. In the land of fast food it seems less and less common to hit all of these marks, but this Wendy's actually exceeded expectations, which for someone who doesn't care for fast food, was a pleasant surprise!!

The supposed manager inside was terrible. She was so rude. She gave us someone else's order and acted like it was our fault. She called my husband and old man and said he didn't know what he was doing. He doesn't work there, it's her that's supposed to know what she's doing not him!!!? That was a pick up order. We placed an online order, two baked potatoes and I specifically waited about 20 minutes to go through the drive through to pick it up. The line for the drive through was long so that was another 29 minute wait, no one's fault. Then when I finally got to the window I had to pull forward and wait!!!! WTH? After we waited at least another 15+ minutes the food came out. The baked potato I got was so over cooked I couldn't eat half of it because it was like a rock!!! Never going to thi

Placed a Mobile order and went in to puck it up. Not a word from any employee behind the counter, food and trash on the ground. It felt tense between the staff. The place is going downhill.

Honestly I think their food is terrible, the prices are too expensive and the wait time is too long. ordered a baconator and it was awful we paid $8 for each burger it had two pieces of bacon on it just ridiculous baconator with two pieces of bacon? The only thing that's good their my husband loves their chili.
