We had the absolute best service from the bartender who was also our server. Staff was light on this typically slow evening but our charcuterie was awesome, as were the entrees. We enjoyed a bottle of the house red and it was very nice. Highly recommend. Relative to other local restaurants great price for the fare.
We are locals so it is pretty easy for us to decide to take in a show at the last second. Brought the family to the Star Wars themed drag show (upstairs) to celebrate daughter's birthday. I am not exactly the target audience here but I have to say it was interesting. Kids and wife loved it. Service was great. Tickets for show were reasonable (think $10 ea). Everyone enjoyed their drinks. My thoughts were to give 3-4 stars but family vetoed that, as you can see. Menu looks good and for down town on par price wise. If you like Ru Paul you'll like the show. If you don't you can always eat down stairs.
What a great find! The holiday cocktail menu drew us in & exceeded our expectations in every way. Brandon is a master mixologist & pleasure to meet. We'll definitely be back! We enjoyed the following drinks: Tito's martini flight featuring tomatini, espresso, caramel appletini & chocolate orange martinis; cucumber Collins, egg nog, dirty martini, jingle juice & hot toddy. Loved them ALL!
Outdoor seating upstairs was a really nice touch, and the wait staff during my visit were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The creamy, mild chicken-andouille pasta was a standout, great flavor and beautifully presented. All of the dishes were plated with care. I’d suggest trying some of the other appetizers, though, as the crab/tomato appetizer was just okay compared to everything else.
Let’s be honest—I came for the name, but I stayed for the food. I had the shrimp and grits, and honestly, I would’ve licked the bowl—it was that good. My friend ordered the small charcuterie board, and if that was “small,” I can’t imagine what the large looks like. It was massive... and delicious. I don’t remember which white wine I had, but it paired beautifully with the meal. When we arrived, we were the only ones in the dining room, and our server gave us his full attention without ever being intrusive. If you're considering Well Hung, go for it. You won’t be disappointed.
